Here's how a Focus Session works
It’s all the in preparation! We need to make sure that we have the right tools and information to make the Focus Session a 5-star success.
I’ll bring the marketing know-how, you bring your business idea and we’re on!
I can only complete a limited number of focus sessions each month. Choose your focus session date in my calendar. I’ll get in touch to book our briefing call (30 minutes, usually the week before).
Give me all the juicy background about your business, customers, and goals for the focus session.
We get to know each other and talk about your goals in more detail. There might be some prep work required before our focus session date. (All good outcomes have the right preparation!)
For 2 hours, we go deep into your business goals and create an actionable marketing plan on the day. Bring up to 2 colleagues (a maximum of 3 stakeholders in total) to work on the plan as a team.
Within 5 business days, I’ll follow up our session with a detailed written report on what we discussed, including your step-by-step marketing action plan.
A week after you’ve got your report, we’ll hold a Q&A call. Ask me any questions you have or share any sticking points you’ve discovered. We can also talk about the next steps after the Focus Session.
